The second full weekend Corsham (and area) Walking Festival, over 15 walks, many themed and with expert input, something for everyone, plus Saturday evening entertainment. Corsham is on "The Cotswold Fringe" and is a beautiful medieval town, well worth walking around and exploring the stunning Wiltshire countryside.
Visit www.corshamwalkingfestival.org.uk for full details of 2015's very successful Festival. We will be putting all the walk details for our 2016 Festival held on 17th-19th June on line by late March 2016, so you can book the walks of your choice, suitable for your abilities, via the website. Corsham is famous for its Stone Quarries, its Railway Bridge at Box designed by Brunel, its flora, fauna and geology and for its important role as "Truro" in the recent Poldark series! There will be themed walks of differing lengths, many with expert input. The guided walks are reasonably priced from £4-5 and in addition there will be evening entertainment at the new Corsham Campus which can also be booked on line. Come and join the fun.
