Northleach Steam & Vintage Show
Northleach has been associated with steam rallies since as far back as the 1950s. In later years it became known as Northleach Steam and Stationary Engine Show but alas stopped in 2000. This year sees the return of the show to Northleach. This will be a weekend event on the 7th & 8th September with full size and scale steam engines on display alongside stationary engines, classic cars and motor cycles, military and commercial vehicles and various tractors. We also have a selection of vintage themed stalls, a bar with live music (including The Red Shift a local folk pop group), a vintage hog roast, fun fair amusements and Keith Harding will be there with a selection of musical instruments including we hope a Thibourville Lamy barrell organ that appeared in Les Miserables. Open from 10am to 5pm, Sat & Sun £5 Adult £3 Senior Citizens Children under 16 FREE (must be accompanied by an adult) Car Parking is FREE Dogs welcome provided they are kept on leads This is a great opportunity to share the past with the children of today which is why we have decided not to charge for children to enter the show ground.
