Barn Owl Centre -  Owls, hawks, falcons and buzzards are cared for at the Barn Owl Centre, with an emphasis on conservation, rescue and rehabilitation, and education. Various flying displays and activities are organised throughout the year. Visits must be arranged in advance - phone or check website for details.

Birdland Park and Gardens - More than 500 birds from around the world, including flamingos, pelicans and penguins, inhabit the woodland and gardens at Birdland. Many of the species are part of international breeding programmes.

Cotswold Falconry Centre - Join us and witness the many free flying bird of prey demonstrations which will amaze and enthral you, Daily flights starting from 11.30am, 13.30, and 15.00 also 16.30 during BST. Buy your ticket and stay for the day, each display will represent different Birds of prey depicting natural behaviour whenever possible, some will come close (very close) some will be soaring over many miles and be be just a speck in the sky.

Cotswold Farm Park -  Described as a ‘pageant of history on four legs’, the Cotswold Farm Park is home to a wide variety of rare breeds, including cattle, pigs, goats and horses. Not to be missed are the Cotswold Lions, the sheep that supplied the fleeces on which the area’s woollen industry flourished.

Cotswold Wildlife Park - Many rare and endangered species of mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates can be seen at the 160-acre Cotswold Wildlife Park. The collection includes Amur leopards, Chapman zebras, Morelet’s crocodiles, lions, white rhinoceros and giant tortoises.

WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre - From water voles to waders,
